Eric: Must-Know Filipino Social Media Phrases Season 1. Lesson 22 - At a Birthday Party.
Eric: Hi everyone, I'm Eric.
Camille: And I'm Camille.
Eric: In this lesson, you'll learn how to post and leave comments in Filipino about birthday greetings. Ana goes to her birthday party, posts an image of it, and leaves this comment:
Camille: Maraming salamat sa lahat ng bumati sa akin ngayong birthday ko!
Eric: Meaning - "Many thanks to all the people who greeted me today on my birthday!" Listen to a reading of the post and the comments that follow.
