Tawag is an "um" verb which means that its past tense is tUMawag and its present progressive tense will be conjugated as tumatawag. Tumatawag is calling.

The difference between the two is that "tumatawag" means "calling" or in the progress of calling.


On the other hand, "pakidala" is asking someone else to bring something.
