We’ve found that the best way to learn a language is to speak it from day one! And the best way to start speaking is to learn phrases that you’ll use in real conversations.
In this lesson, you’ll learn conversational phrases to answer the question, "What are you good at?" After watching this video, you’ll be able to talk about what you’re good at doing.
Now, let’s take a look at some conversational phrases!

Magaling po ako sa mga wika.

Saan ka magaling?
“What are you good at?”
Magaling po ako sa mga wika.
“I'm good at languages.”
First of all you'll need to learn how to say “What are you good at?”
That's: Saan ka magaling?

“What are you good at?”
This Filipino sentence literally translates as “Where you good?” But it means “What are you good at?”.
Now, how do you answer this question?
The pattern is:
Magaling po ako sa [skill].
“I'm good at [skill].”
This Filipino sentence literally translates as “Good me in [skill].” But it means “What are you good at?”.
For example:
“I'm good at languages.”
