John: Here's the informal way to ask "What are you doing?" in Filipino.
Camille: [Normal] Anong ginagawa mo?
John: First is a word meaning "what."
Camille: [Normal] anong [Slow] anong
John: Next is the word meaning "doing."
Camille: [Normal] ginagawa [Slow] ginagawa
John: Last is the word meaning "you."
Camille: [Normal] mo [Slow] mo
John: Note the rising intonation. Listen again to the informal question meaning "What are you doing?"

John: Now, imagine you're speaking to a stranger. Here's the formal way to ask, "What are you doing?"
