what does Gihigugma ko ikaw and Gihigugma ko tika exactly mean?

And when do I use the ikaw or tika version?

Hi Erwin,

Your phrases are actually in Bisaya not Tagalog :)

The phrase means "I love you". Using tika is more casual.
