A fine selection of good unprocessed foods. Do consider flaxseed and almond meal to help bake low carbohydrate bread. Rice is a wonderful energy producing rain from here in the Philippines, but a bit high in grams of carbohydrates. So eat rice, but much smaller serves. Eat lots of eggs! These are natures vitamin pills, and do not eat polyunsaturated fats. Omega 6 can help produce inflammation of body cells. Each lots of beautiful Filipino fish. Great source of Omega 3, which helps with good cell health in your body .
Red wine is great . Full of antioxidants, and do not fear saturated fats, butter, lard, pig fat, duck fat all good. Stay away from margarineand the only vegetable oil to use is extra virgin olive oil. Read all about the low carbohydrate. …high fat diet that is helping to reduce hypertension, obesity and risk of getting type two diabetes. I am 74 years old and have never been healthier. Live longer, live happy. I like most of your 10 foods, especially garlic!
